Mrs Temalesi VAKAOTIA

Health and Environment
Mrs Temalesi Vakaotia first joined WHO in late 2002 as a Secretary with the newly created POLHN project and left mid-2005, returning in November 2007 to join the Environmental Health team. Prior to 2002, she spent 9 years with the UNFPA Country Support Team. She has a sound background in working with international donor agencies, as she had also spent 6 years with USAID's Health, Population & Nutrition Unit prior to joining UNFPA. Tema has a strong interest in community work and youth development of which she pursues during her leisure time.
