Requests for Technical Assistance 

Seeking Assistance (how to lodge a request and receive required support)
Step 1
The Client / Partner Country formulates a technical assistance (TA) request (usually based on a TA plan) and submits it to the WHO Country Office
Step 2
The WHO Country Office assists with drafting terms of reference (TOR)
Step 3
The WHO Country Office submits the TOR to the WHO Western Pacific Regional Office
(it may also receive a request for TSF or vice versa
as part of the collaboration agreement)
Step 4
The WHO Western Pacific Regional Office forwards the TOR to the Network Secretariat / Support Team
Step 5
Technical Assistance Team finalized, contracts issued, logistics arranged
Step 6
Technical Assistance Team provides input in line with the TOR
Step 7
Information exchange / Reporting
Step 8
Evaluation
