Collectively, the members operate the Network to fulfill the agreed mission and objectives. With each institution of the Network being designated as a WHO collaborating centre, or recognized as a long-term technical partner of WHO, there is an inherent credibility to the personnel providing technical assistance and an assurance of best practice in line with WHO directives. |
