Hong Kong, China, provides world-class health care facilities in 39 public hospitals, 12 private hospitals and numerous private clinics.
A foreign visitor using accident and emergency services in a public hospital will have to pay HK$ 570 per visit. However, the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, always places the welfare of patients before cost. If a visitor requiring emergency care is unable to pay immediately, billing can be delayed.
