         Having examined the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995 to be financed from the regular budget and other sources of funds;*

1. REQUESTS the Regional Director to transmit the proposals to the Director-General for consideration and inclusion in his proposed programme budget for the financial period 1994-1995.
