The Regional Committee,
Noting that the term of Viet Nam as member of the Management Advisory Committee of the Action Programme on Essential Drugs expires on 31 December 1990;*
Aware of the recommendation of the Management Advisory Committee to introduce a staggered change of membership within a three-year cycle;
SELECTS Viet Nam and Malaysia as the members of the WHO Western Pacific Region whose representatives shall be members of the Management Advisory Committee, the former to serve for a period of one year from 1 January 1991 to 31 December 1991 and the latter to serve for a period of three years from 1 January 1991 to 31 December 1993.
