         EXPRESSES its appreciation and thanks to:

(1) the Government of the Republic of the Philippines for:

(a) having hosted the fortieth session of the Regional Committee in Manila;

(b) the excellent arrangements and facilities provided;

(c) the generous welcome and the hospitality received;

(2) the Chairman and other officers of the Committee;
