         Having examined the proposed programme budget estimates for the biennium 1984-1985 to be financed from the regular budget and other sources;*

         REQUESTS the Regional Director to transmit the proposals to the Director-General for consideration and inclusion in his proposed programme budget for the biennium 1984-1985.
