Having considered the report submitted by the Regional Director on the progress of negotiations between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the World Health Organization on interpretation of Section 22(g), Article VIII of the Host Agreement,
NOTES that agreement has been reached which makes further negotiation inappropriate.
