The Regional Committee,

         Recalling operative paragraph four of resolution WPR/RC29.R19 regarding membership of the Sub-Committee on Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries,

1. DECIDES that, in future, membership of the Sub-Committee on Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries shall be on a rotational basis;
2. FURTHER DECIDES that:

   (1) during the thirtieth session of the Regional Committee, the representatives of Japan and Singapore shall be replaced as members of the Sub-Committee by the representatives of Australia and Philippines;

   (2) from the thirtieth session, the period of tenure for members of the Sub-Committee shall be three years;

   (3) composition of the Sub-Committee therefore shall be reconsidered whenever a member has served for three years;

3. THANKS the representatives of Japan and Singapore for their services to the Sub-Committee.
