The Regional Committee,

         Having considered the report of the Sub-Committee on Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries;*

1. AGREES with the recommendations contained in the report;
2. REQUESTS the Regional Director to take appropriate action to put those recommendations into effect;
3. REQUESTS the Sub-Committee to discuss in depth the meaning of the term technical cooperation and mechanisms for implementation.
