SELECTS as the two Member States of the WHO Western Pacific Region whose representatives shall be members of the Joint Coordinating Board, the Philippines, for a period of two years up to 31 December 1979 and Malaysia, for a period of three years up to 31 December 1980, commencing on 1 January 1978.
