         Having reviewed the Seventeenth Annual Report of the Regional Director which covered the period 1 July 1966 to 30 June 1967,

1. NOTES with satisfaction the increase and widening of activities and the progress made;
2. COMMENDS the Regional Director and his staff for the work accomplished and for producing an excellent report.
