         Having reviewed the general programme of work for the specific period 1967-1971, inclusive, as proposed by the Regional Director,

1. CONSIDERS that it provides a broad general policy that could guide the development of the annual programmes;
2. APPROVES the third general programme of work for the specific period 1967-1971, inclusive.
