The Regional Committee,

1. REAFFIRMS the policy followed in the past that every second year the meeting should be held at regional headquarters;
2. EXPRESSES its appreciation to the Government of the Philippines for its offer to act as host during the thirteenth session and to the Government of Korea for its invitation to bold the sixteenth session in Korea in 1965;
3. CONFIRMS its acceptance of the invitation of the Government of Australia that the fourteenth session of the Committee will be held in Port Moresby, Papua, in September 1963; and
4. DECIDES:

   (1) to accept the offer of the Government of the Philippines to act as host at the thirteenth session of the Committee in 1962;

   (2) to accept the invitation of the Government of Korea to hold its sixteenth session in Korea in 1965;

   (3) that both sessions will be held in September to the year concerned, the exact dates to be decided by the Regional Director in consultation with the government concerned.
