The Regional Committee,
- NOTES the report on the Technical Discussions, **
- DECIDES that the subject of the Technical Discussions in 1961 should be "Dental Health ";
- CONSIDERS that the appointment of a chairman for the Technical Discussions well in advance of the meeting would greatly enhance the value of the discussions; and
- RECOMMENDS that the chairman of future Technical Discussions should be selected by the Regional Director in consultation with the Chairman of the Regional Committee.
