The Regional Committee,

1. NOTES the report of the Regional Director relating to the establishment of the Special Fund by the General Assembly of the United Nations, *
2. DRAWS the attention of Member governments to the fact that industrial or agricultural development projects often have obvious health implications and that the health accepts of such projects should not be overlooked; and
3. ENDORSES the action taken by the Regional Director.
