         Having studied the proposed revision of the Rules of Procedure and the suggestions made by the sub-committee established to study the Rules of procedure, *

         RESOLVES that the revision proposed by the sub-committee, as amended by the Committee, be accepted; and

         REQUESTS the Regional Director to distribute copies to all Member States in the Region, *
