The Regional Committee,

         Appreciating the value of the review made of the programme and budget for 1957 by the Sub-Committee on Programme and Budget,

         RECOMMENDS to the next Regional Committee that at the first meeting thereof the desirability of setting up a sub-committee to review the programme and budget be considered.
