The Regional Committee,
Having studied the proposed guiding principles concerning projects to be financed with regular funds, **
ADOPTS the criteria proposed; and
REQUESTS the Regional Director to follow these criteria when formulating future programmes and to continue to examine the question of a more positive definition of guiding principles.
