The Regional Committee,
Realizing that the recent hostilities in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam have left these countries in greater need of assistance in many fields, including assistance in public health;
Having at heart a true spirit of friendly cooperation and assistance to Member Countries needing such assistance,
REQUESTS the Regional Director to give priority to health projects requested by Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam and contained in the supplementary list if funds become available from budgetary savings in 1954 and 1955.
