HAVING STUDIED the amendments made in the programme and budget for 1954 since it was approved by the third session of the Regional Committee, *
HAVING NOTED resolution WHA6. 27 adopted by the Sixth World Health Assembly with regard to the need of establishing priorities for the implementation of the 1954 programme, **
CONSIDERING the uncertainty which still exists with regard to the amount of Technical Assistance funds which may become available during 1954;
REALIZING, therefore, the likelihood at further modifications of the 1954 programme which may have to be made:
GIVES the Regional Director authority to continue projects already initiated and to establish priorities in 1954 for projects of regional significance, or those planned and in which governments have made commitments or where commitments in a project have involved other international organizations subject to the availability of additional funds.
