Continuity of Delegations to Meetings of the World Health Organization

         The Regional Committee,

  1. RECOGNIZES the importance of full and effective participation by Member governments in all of the meetings of the Organization, especially the World Health Assembly and the Regional Committee;
  2. CONSIDERS that such participation is possible only if the representatives of governments are well informed concerning the background of the matters to be considered and acted upon; and
  3. RECOMMENDS to Member governments the desirability of maintaining in so far as practicable continuity of delegations to the World Health Assembly and the Regional Committee.
