The Regional Committee,

1. CALLS the attention of Member States to their obligations under Articles 61 and 62 of the Constitution to furnish annual reports to the Organization;
2. REQUESTS the Regional Director to indicate to Member Governments the type of information desired by the WHO;
3. RECOMMENDS that Member States, in discharging their obligations, furnish to WHO the annual health reports published by their national health administrations and supplementary statements;
4. EMPHASIZES the desirability of furnishing such reports and statements in uniform form suitable for comparison and incorporation in the records of the WHO.
