Establishment of Separate Sections in National Health Directorates to Deal with International Health Matters

         The Regional Committee,

  1. EMPHASIZES the need for a single point of contact in each Member government for outside agencies furnishing assistance in health work;
  2. NOTES that certain Member countries in this region have made pro- visions for such liaison by establishing in their national health administrations special units for international health matters;
  3. RECOMMENDS that the other Member countries also establish single points of contact for effective liaison in the field of international health.
