The Regional Committee,
ADOPTS the draft rules of procedure (RC1/WP/2 and RC1/WP/2 Corr.l), * with the following amendments :
Rule 1: delete the word " States" in the second line ;
Rule 31: to read "a majority of the members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum";
DECIDES that the Rules of Procedure as finally approved will be issued as RC1/WP/2 Rev.l.
